Please note that all delegates to the IMPACT 8 conference must register and pay a conference fee in order to attend or take part. All presenters of papers, demonstrations or academic Poster Presentations and exhibitors must register and pay the conference fee.

Entertainment
Conference Ceilidh: £25
A conference Ceilidh will be held on Saturday, 31 August 2013, at the Botanic Gardens Dundee where you can fill up on traditional Scottish Fayre, indulge in some kind of traditional music and partake in some not so traditional dancing. If you’re travelling from further afield, the Ceilidh will give you the opportunity to sample the couthie (warm and friendly) spirit that runs through Scotland. Set in a landmark Dundee location, let us treat you to an evening to fine food and frolics.
Scottish Print Network Day Trips: £25
Coach tours will be organised for Sunday 1st September for those wishing to extend their stay and visit the other major Scottish Print Workshops in Edinburgh & Glasgow and Aberdeen & Inverness. These tours will also offer the opportunity to get a taste of the countryside and Highlands. (*subject to minimum numbers)

Lunch
Lunch boxes: £6 each
Prepaid lunch boxes are available Thursday and Friday. These will be delivered fresh to the conference venue for the end of the morning sessions.
There are a range of bars and restaurants serving food at lunchtime and in the evening within 5 minutes walk of the conference venue.
